Goal: Create a regional entrepreneurial investment plan focused on supporting the innovation-based entrepreneurial ecosystem. Facilitate coalitions, track regional progress, strategize with Innovation + Entrepreneurial (I+E) stake holders in each market to create three sub-regional and one cross-regional I+E investment plan, and help build capacity for regional ecosystems to implement ecosystem programming and activities.​
