CECE graduate assistants facilitate workshop for Virginia Cooperative Extension
April 13, 2026
CECE graduate assistants in the Master of Urban and Regional Planning program within the School of Public and International Affairs recently led a workshop for Virginia Cooperative Extension faculty to identify the greater impacts of VCE across Virginia.
Graduate assistants Victoria Blackham, Katie Lee, Makenzie Mann, and Caroline Redell, with assistance from Associate Director for Impact and Evaluation Elli Travis, worked with Virginia Cooperative Extension faculty holding roles spanning forest operations, natural resources, and water quality. VCE faculty completed a visioning exercise where they imagined Virginia 10 years into the future, identified impacts of their work along with metrics and gaps, and reviewed CECE’s draft logic model.
Thank you to the following VCE faculty for participating!
