Rachel Inman
Student Researcher
Rachel Inman graduated from Virginia Tech in May 2023 with a bachelor's degree in Urban and Public Affairs. She is continuing her studies at VT as a graduate student in the Master of Urban and Regional Planning program. Rachel has specific interests in transportation, urban analytics, and economic development. She joined CECE in August 2023 and hopes to build on her skills in data collection and analysis. Rachel also looks forward to stakeholder engagement and learning more about the NRV and surrounding areas through her time at CECE. Rachel enjoys thrifting, arts and crafts, and trying new foods in her free time.
