Holly Carroll

Holly Carroll, formerly a Business Operations Specialist with the Vice President for Outreach and International Affairs, joined the Center for Economic and Community Engagement as its new business manager in 2022. Holly spent twenty years working in senior management for Outreach and International Affairs.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Leadership from Bluefield University and a Master’s of Business Administration from Averett University. She lives in West Virginia and commutes to Virginia Tech. Outside of work, she enjoys hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, painting, and reading.
