Emma Brown
Student Researcher
Emma Brown plans to graduate as a double Hokie in May 2024 with her Bachelor's in Environmental Policy and Planning and her Master's in Urban and Regional Planning. Her focus of study is in housing, community, and economic development. Emma joined the Center in November 2022 as a Program Assistant for the Regional Internship Collaborative. Her passion for justice has led to her involvement with several governance organizations around campus, but during her free time, Emma enjoys hiking in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains or cuddling with her feline friend.
