Verge is partnering with the Virginia Tech Center for Community and Economic Engagement (CECE) for grant writing, reporting, and evaluation. To support both the current grant-funded portfolio, as well as the development and implementation of new strategies, CECE's economic development specialist Ashley Posthumus is providing embedded and on-call strategic services, dedicating approximately half of her time to this work.
