Victoria Blackham is a first-year graduate student in the Master of Urban and Regional Planning program in Arlington, VA. She studied economics and psychology at the University of Rochester and currently lives in Washington, D.C. Using a bike as her main mode of transportation for the past three years has inspired her to engage in multimodal transportation advocacy and grassroots organizing across the city.
