The Vibrant Virginia book has been posted in draft form on our Discourse board. We invite audience members to sign up for a free account on Discourse and submit questions on Blythe and Bohland's chapter in the comment section. Your questions will be answered live during the webinar.

During the event, audience members are encouraged to submit their questions about the chapter as well as broader questions about broadband access in the Zoom chat.
