Roanoke Blacksburg Innovation Alliance; Ongoing Capacity Building and Services

Roanoke Blacksburg Innovation Alliance is partnering with the Virginia Tech Center for Community and Economic Engagement (CECE) for grant writing, reporting, and evaluation. To support both the current grant-funded portfolio, as well as the development and implementation of new strategies, CECE's economic development specialist Ashley Crouse is providing embedded and on-call strategic services, dedicating approximately half of her time to this work.
