Douglas Agner
Vice President and General Manager, Graham White Manufacturing (Wabtec)
Doug is the Vice President and General Manager for Wabtec’s Graham White Manufacturing facility in Salem, Virginia. He began his career in manufacturing as an engineer before transitioning into leadership roles in operations and general management.
Throughout his career, Doug has spearheaded growth initiatives across diverse sectors, including valve manufacturing, construction, power and energy, oil and gas, and now transportation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering technology from Old Dominion University and is certified in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
A native of Danville, Virginia, Doug returned to his home state in 2021 after living and working in various locations across the United States.
