Janice Crawford

After more than 40 years at Framatome, Janice was an accomplished safety and security leader known for advancing organizational resilience, risk management, and operational excellence. As Director of Safety, Security, and Loss Prevention, Janice integrated cybersecurity, emergency preparedness, and crisis management across North American operations while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Earlier roles in corporate environmental health and safety, global travel procurement, and business services reflect broad expertise in strategic operations and team leadership. 

Janice is a graduate of Mary Baldwin University with a bachelor's degree in business administration (Cum Laude) and advanced studies in administration at the University of Lynchburg.
