Manufacturing Workforce Strategy Development for the Lynchburg Region ​

Goal: Conducted a skills gap analysis and student assessment to determine the skills not currently taught in the Lynchburg area that would benefit Region 2 employers in the materials and manufacturing cluster. Hold a series of roundtables, workshops, and industry tours to educate educators about workforce needs and employers about career readiness offerings during a 2-day academy.
