Goal: Develop a coordinated strategy for the Roanoke Valley and Alleghany Highlands with the Roanoke Regional Partnership. Focus on career awareness, talent development, attraction and retention, and fostering collaboration and leadership to strengthen the regional workforce pipeline. ​

Target Industry Clusters:  All (Advanced Materials Manufacturing; IT, Engineering Services, & Emerging Technology; Life Sciences & Biotechnology; Manufacturing for Transportation, Energy, & Autonomy) ​
