Goal: Increase the capacity of the Roanoke Regional Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to provide small business counseling, training, and business resources to the New River Valley region and deliver new programs and services that are tailored to the specific needs of New River Valley small businesses and Region 2 GOVA strategies.
