Caydan Henslee

Caydan Henslee is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a focus on economic and community development. A native Oregonian, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oregon State University in 2021.

Prior to Virginia Tech, Caydan spent four years at the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities in the Office of International, Community and Economic Engagement. In this role, she managed the Innovation and Economic Prosperity Program which helped universities know, measure, tell and engage their economic engagement impacts. A strong believer in the land-grant mission, Caydan is passionate about strengthening communities through higher education, partnerships, and economic development.
