Chesterfield Economic Development, Best Practices and Benchmarking Research

To support Chesterfield County's future visions and identify new strategies and best practices, the Virginia Tech Center for Economic and Community Engagement (CECE) proposes a series of research and facilitation activities. By the end of these activities, Chesterfield’s Economic Development Authority and Department of Economic Development should be positioned to develop a new strategic economic development plan (if desired) and have a set of prioritized activities that staff may choose to implement in the coming years.
