The Talent Pathways Initiative is developing industry coalitions that engage workforce system partners to guide and advise on the planning elements, completing a quantitative and qualitative situational analysis of workforce needs, identifying skills and training needed for peopIe to fill jobs in the cIusters, and supporting highest-impact pathway projects for future implementation.
