The Roanoke Regional Recovery Project engaged regional companies in advanced manufacturing, food and beverage, technology, and healthcare. A recovery coalition provided advising as well as recovery-focused resources and programming. Round table sessions that share workforce and financial stability best practices involved regional companies in the recovery process and helped encourage business leaders to create a support network for resource-sharing.
