Regional Entrepreneurship Initiative will create a regional entrepreneurial investment plan focused on supporting innovation-based/high-growth entrepreneurship. The Valleys Innovation Council will facilitate coalitions, track regional progress, strategize with I+E stakeholders in each market to create three sub-regional and one cross-regional I+E investment plan, and help build capacity for regional ecosystems to implement ecosystem programming and activities.
