Capital Ecosystem Development through the Valleys Innovation Council (VIC), a nonprofit focused on connecting, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders to grow and strengthen the region’s innovation economy, continues to examine the Region 2 capital ecosystem and is looking for ways to fuel young companies through the early years when so many fail.
