Gregory Feldmann

Greg is President and co-founder of Skyline Capital Strategies, a Roanoke-based corporate advisory firm. With more than 40 years of experience in banking, corporate finance, and investments, he is a recognized expert in capital and strategic planning, board governance, executive leadership, and financial services management.

He has served as CEO and Director of three Virginia-based community banks and is currently a Director of Carter Bankshares, Inc., P1 Technologies, Friendship Foundation and Txtur, LLC.  

Greg holds a bachelor's degree in classical studies from Hampden-Sydney College, where he was a Baker Scholar, a Phi Beta Kappa inductee and captain of the tennis team. He has completed advanced studies in banking through the University of Virginia, passed multiple securities licensing exams, and earned the NVCA venture capital certificate.

A W.K. Kellogg Foundation National Leadership Fellow, Greg has been deeply involved in civic leadership throughout his career. He has served numerous local, regional and state boards involved with affordable housing, family welfare, workforce development, public broadcasting, arts and culture and economic development.  Greg is also a founder of the Prospero Society of Hampden-Sydney College, which funds student research and faculty mentorship programs.

He has been happily married to his wife Betsy for over 40 years, and they have two adult children, Anne Tyler Howell and Ned Feldmann.
